Salary: £20,628.04 to £24,081.11 (pro rata from £37,653.00 to £43,956.00 - salary is including the August 2026 pay increase, depending on skills and experience)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized coordinator to serve as the vital link between our clients, counselors, and internal teams, ensuring our counseling service runs efficiently, securely, and professionally. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operational, logistical, and client-facing functions of the department, keeping our services structured and responsive. Most importantly, you will safeguard the integrity of our practice, ensuring all operations align seamlessly with BACP guidelines and maintain the highest ethical and professional standards.
