FTE 0.4279 18.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year
£7,427 to £8,517 per annum
(Pro rata £17,735to £19,906 per annum)
An exciting opportunity to work one to one supporting students into work placements. We are looking for someone who is committed to enabling young people with additional needs to reach their potential. The role will involve working with the work experience and learning support teams encouraging young people in their work experience placement. The role will involve accompanying students on placements, working with employers to ensure they understand the student’s needs and dealing with any issues that arise on the placement.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Level 3 qualification or equivalent as well as GCSE English & Maths at grade C or above. Effective organisations and administrative skills are essential as well as excellent communication skills, competent IT skills and the ability to develop new working.
