About the Role
Are you a driven facilities leader looking to make a tangible impact on the next generation’s learning environment? Basingstoke College of Technology (BCoT) is looking for a Head of Estates to lead our Estates and Facilities team during an exciting period of growth. As we launch our Strategic Plan 2026-2030, your role will be pivotal in maintaining and adapting our facilities to meet the needs of our "Careers of Tomorrow" mission, ensuring a safe, sustainable, and high-quality environment for our students and staff.
