Salary: from £32.56ph basic + £6.96ph holiday to £38.01ph basic + £8.13ph holiday (salary is including the August 2026 pay increase, depending on skills and experience)

The Hospitality Department is looking for a highly organised, motivated and inspiring Chef Lecturer to join its team. There are part-time opportunities available, and flexible working will be considered. The successful Lecturer will have the opportunity to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours of our students in a classroom and in a commercial setting. They will deliver on professional cookery courses across levels 2-3. Teaching both theory and practical units and completing assessments and services within the college's fine dining restaurant, ‘Restaurant @ BCoT’. They will look to build industry links and encourage students to reach their full potential through innovative delivery. You will need to be qualified to Level 3 in Catering / Cookery and have relevant industry experience.
