The EPA Manager will work as part of the Apprenticeship Hub supporting Faculties to ensure a successful and efficient delivery of all End Point Assessments (EPA) across the Weston College Apprenticeship provision.

The post-holder will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all EPA organisations and associated contracts, updating EPA platforms, payments and associated administration, apprentice registrations and apprentice referrals for their EPA. The post-holder will liaise with employers and apprentices on assessment dates, communicating achievements to faculty, employers and apprentices. This role is a critical function in ensuring timely successful outcomes for our apprentices and their employers.
