Cambridge Regional College have an exciting opportunity for an Early Years Assessor to join our Work Based Learning Team in Cambridge.This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated industry specialist to be involved in the training and assessing of the region’s future aspiring Early Years Practitioners, Teaching Assistants and Play Work Specialists, through the Apprenticeship and Adult programmes at Cambridge Regional College.The position involves the reviewing, mentoring, supporting and assessing our Learners in their place of employment.The primary role will be assessing apprentices for their knowledge, skills and behaviours against the apprenticeship standards and qualifications both at work and while they are training at CRC, building them to gateway, supporting them through end point assessment and achievement.Reporting to the Work Based Learning Manager, you will be required to support learners in line with college procedures and maintain accurate written and computer-generated records for learners. You must be able to competently demonstrate a wide range of personal and industry sector skills to ensure effective support for the learners, employers and the team.What we are looking for in our role:
