Salary Point: 24 - £25,934 per annum (to be calculated pro-rata)
Hours: 18.5 hours per week, all year round
Contract: 6 months temporary in the first instance

Become part of an energetic, friendly, and innovative team supporting the Academic Office and HE Manager. You will be based at the Peterborough campus of UCP to support the effective development and implementation of innovative digital learning technology, within HE teaching, learning, assessment and support.
This includes project managing the creation of new templates and blueprints for the Open University and other providers. Creating and managing CANVAS course modules, administrative best practices related to user creation and permissions.
You will provide support, resources and training for students and faculty staff including instructional videos, how-to guides and FAQS relating to the usage of CANVAS. Also configure and manage technical settings to ensure CANVAS is customised to meet the needs of both students and staff.
You will have excellent oral and written communication skills and have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, with non-technical users. Be approachable, displaying excellent attention to detail and accuracy and have the ability to lead and motivate a team.
You will require a Level 2 qualification (GCSE grade A-C) in English and maths and be educated to degree/HND level in a computing related subject or have equivalent experience.
