Chief Financial Officer
Wonderful opportunity to be the Chief Financial Officer within a professional friendly team at a nationally recognised specialist single academy trust (SAT).
This is a full-time, permanent contract to start as soon as possible.
To start as soon as possible. The working hours are 37.5 hours per week including 30 minutes unpaid break each day. There is a small degree of flexibility on the daily start and finish time and further flexibility during school closure periods. The annual leave entitlement is 28 days in addition to bank holidays. Please note that 15 days of the annual leave must be taken in school closure time.
Actual Salary: £51,807 – Payscale 52W point 5B
Ash Field is an all-age specialist Academy for children from 4-19, whose main presenting need is physical (including complex medical needs) and usually with additional needs. All pupils have an Education, Health and Care Plan. We have a positive, welcoming and dedicated staff team as well as an excellent national reputation following consistent outstanding school and residential Ofsted reports.
You will be positive, proactive and highly effective, with a good understanding of accounting regulations and the Academies Trust Handbook.
Appointment will be subject to Ash Field Academy Trust (AFAT) pay and conditions.
Due to the seniority of the role, it is subject to a Section 128 check being carried out as well as an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, on-line checks and other safeguarding checks.
