Salary: £17,510 FTE based on 34.75 hours per week. You will also receive a £1,000 bonus upon joining
Hours: Full and part time working is available between Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 4.30pm (minimum of 9.00am – 4.00pm on any day worked)
Annual Leave: 44 days paid holiday, Term time only
This role involves
- Supporting morning and lunch break duties, supervising play or snacks
- Assisting educational trips from horse-riding to swimming
- Preparing materials for lessons and pupil programmes
- Supporting academic progress, working alongside our teaching team

- Comfortable supporting others with personal/intimate care (toileting, feeding)
- Resilient when faced with challenging behaviour
- Able to reach us (a driver’s licence or access to a lift is necessary due to our remote location)
- Formal experience is not essential as we are committed to staff development and will help you to develop skills and expertise you need
