This post can easily fit in with other commitments. Hours are worked primarily during term time. Apart from attendance at meetings, the role can be carried out from home, at times of the day to suit the post-holder (within agreed deadlines). Clerks must have excellent organisation, communication and ICT skills, as well as an ability to take accurate minutes at meetings. To help the successful applicant fulfil their role we expect them to attend all relevant training events and Clerk’s Network meetings. We can also offer coaching in the role.
