The salary for this role is £49,967.00 p/a - £58,967.00 p/a.

The salary will be worked out depending on your experience and qualifications

Working in our Engineering department, you will deliver inclusive, responsive and innovative teaching, learning and support to students.

The main responsibility of the role is to provide co-ordination and course direction for the Engineering Department’s extensive full-time study programmes, apprenticeships, part time and higher-level programmes.

You will have the ability to deliver the curriculum creatively with strong independent organisational skills. You will also have administrative responsibilities around the tracking, monitoring and recording of learners’ work, progress and outcomes. You will also lead new learners onto programmes in conjunction with local schools and employers. Management experience would be beneficial as you will manage a small team of staff, however this is not essential.
