An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Buckinghamshire College Group as a Curriculum Manager – Business & Computing. This is a full time role (37hrs per week / all year round) based at our Aylesbury Campus, offering a competitive salary.

You will be passionate about student success and will be able to demonstrate a forward thinking, dynamic and innovative approach. You will be highly motivated and have a strong track record of inspiring students to achieve their potential. You may already have experience of managing a curriculum area or you may be a highly successful programme or course leader looking to take your next step. The successful candidate will have substantial teaching experience and a proven track record of implementing quality processes to drive improvement and student achievement. The chosen candidate will also have the ability to develop effective working relationships at all levels within the College and beyond from both an academic and professional service perspective. By joining our College your expertise will play a real part in shaping young people’s development and transforming their lives.

The Business and Computing curriculum area was one of our first curriculum areas to successfully implement T Levels and will be introducing the T Level in Business Management in September alongside a brand new state of the art teaching suite. The area provides high quality courses for around 280 full and part time students across levels 1-4.
