This role is 37 hours per week – AYR

What we are looking for:
We are looking for passionate individuals who want to be a part of transforming education and will make an active contribution to the development of the Cabot Learning Federation and chosen Academy.
To work alongside the Head Chef and in his absence, providing a high quality of catering provision to students/staff and visitors to the academy. To assist in the smooth operation on a daily basis including ordering, menu planning and costings. Developing the commercial business, coming up with new ideas and initiatives. Support the Head Chef leading the team with preparation, cooking and service of quality hot and cold food/beverages for students, staff and visitors to the Academy. This role will support other areas of the facilities team when needed. Taking charge in the Head Chefs absence.
