Salary: £90,000.00 per annum from 1st August 2026 (spot salary)

Basingstoke College of Technology (BCoT) is seeking an ambitious Deputy Principal to join our Executive Leadership Team. You will hold executive accountability for the design, operational delivery, and performance of a high-quality, future-focused and financially sustainable curriculum aligned with local and national skills priorities and employer demands.
You will be instrumental in driving innovation in teaching, learning and assessment and in maintaining a culture of continuous improvement.
You will have:
- Proven senior leadership experience in a Further Education setting with a track record of improving student outcomes.
- A comprehensive understanding of the Ofsted Inspection framework; current or recent experience as a practicing Ofsted Inspector is desirable.
- Excellent data literacy with the ability to interpret performance metrics and deploy rapid quality interventions.
- A visionary mindset capable of building staff capability in AI, digital literacy, and modern pedagogical practices.
