Salary: TSAT Pay Group 3 £14,883 – £17,854 (based on FTE of £20,892 – £25,070)

Hours: 30 hours per week, Term-time + 1 week

We require an Emotional Literacy Support Assistant to join us at Penbridge Schools. We are looking for someone willing to take the opportunity to play a full part in the further development of our school and join us in our aims to make learning irresistible and to provide a nurturing and safe environment for everyone.

You will need to hold a relevant GCSE or equivalent, Grade 5/C or above. Good ICT skills would also be desirable.

  • Experience working with Primary aged children is essential
  • Ability to raise aspirations to ensure the best possible outcomes
  • Be able to motivate children and have a passion to make a positive outcome for the children
  • Be skilled in creating a nurturing learning environment
  • Have high expectations of children’s emotional, social and mental health development
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills
