Thank you for your interest in the role of Estate Capital Project Manager for Greenshaw Learning Trust (GLT).
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced project manager to support the work of the Shared Service estates team with the delivery of a range of projects. The successful candidate will be the project management lead, supporting the Head of Estates and Regional Estates Managers, to ensure health and safety policy, procedures and compliance data is managed to a high standard across all our schools.
Reporting to: Head of Estates
Salary: The salary will be calculated in line with NJC pay scale, points 38 - 41
Outer London (£46,857 - 49,890) per annum National (£44,539 - £47,573) per annum (Salary will be determined subject to experience and qualifications)
Place of Work: The successful post-holder will be based at one of the GLT shared services offices, located either in Sutton, Gloucester or Plymouth. They will be required to regularly travel to any schools within GLT. There is also an opportunity to work from home in accordance with the GLT Hybrid Working Model.
Hours of Work: 36 hours per week, full time all year round
