Specialist Provision Department

Foundation Employability Facilitator

0.8559 FTE (37 hours per week, 38 weeks per year)

£21,484.80 per annum (£25,102 pro rata, per annum)

We are looking to recruit a motivated, dynamic and reliable individual in the day-day delivery within the Specialist Provision department. The post holder will work within the team to facilitate the delivery of vocational subjects such as personal and social development, employability skills, English and maths.

The Foundation Facilitator is determined and committed to develop learners with difficulties. You will be expected to help our students develop physical, emotional, social, intellectual and employability skills to help them succeed.

Experience with learners with BESD and an understanding of barriers to learning is essential as are effective organisational skills, excellent interpersonal skills.

We are looking for someone with drive and a passion to succeed in a demanding but rewarding environment.
