Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA/HLLSA)

Reports to: Head of Learning Enrichment (SENCo), Deputy Head Learning & Teaching and ultimately the Headmaster

Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week during term-time

January 2023/Easter 2023 – Permanent role

Salary: depending on experience c. £25 000

Purpose of Job:

  •  To assist the Head of Learning Enrichment (SENCO) in the day-to-day operation of provision for pupils.
  •  To provide professional guidance in teaching and learning and to secure high quality inclusive teaching and effective use of resources to improve standards of achievement for all pupils.
