We are looking for a HR Administrator to join our supportive and talented team. We are a diverse multi-academy trust, looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for transforming our students’ learning.

We have two positions available. Both roles are 37 hours per week; one is permanent, and one is fixed term for one year.

What we are looking for:

To be successful in the post, we are looking for someone who will provide HR administrative support to the Federation for transactional HR activities including attendance management, employment contract changes, interfacing with payroll, ensuring the HR system is maintained accurately and responding to ad-hoc HR related queries. They will act as first point of contact for general HR queries from academy staff and the CLF central team. The post holder will ensure all procedures are carried out accurately and in accordance with CLF and academy policies and requirements, Department for Education (DfE) guidance and appropriate legislation.  Opportunities will also be provided to become involved in HR related projects.    

We need someone who is friendly, approachable, and reliable, who will work well in a small but very busy team.

You will need to be hard working, focussed and well organised, with the ability to manage your time efficiently and prioritise various ongoing tasks. You will need to have excellent attention to detail and be able to work flexibly to respond to changing workload demands. Previous HR experience is helpful, but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Your opportunity:

This role is a mainly home-working role, following an initial period of on-site training, with regular in-person team days at the HR office based at King’s Oak Academy, Kingswood, Bristol.
