We are seeking an individual with potential, to develop within a supportive environment. Training will be provided.

Report to: Business Manager & Headteacher

Responsible for:

• All matters relating to the Human Resource functions of the school and the school businesses

• The maintenance and monitoring of accurate HR records & production of information as required

• Administration of all staff recruitment and the induction process for support staff

• Accuracy of the Safeguarding Register- SCR

• The management of staff attendance and provision of general HR support including attendance at meetings

• Overseeing professional development of support staff

• The accuracy of the service return and information for payroll

• Providing support in relation to a variety of other HR processes

Surrey Pay grade S7: starting at £29,291
