Coleg Dosbarth Chwech poblogaidd a gor-danysgrifedig yw Coleg Dewi Sant sy’n darparu addysg o safon uchel i fyfyrwyr 16-19 mlwydd oed yng Nghaerdydd a Bro Morgannwg. Yn ein harolygiad Estyn yn 2019, dyfarnwyd gradd ‘ragorol’ i ni ym maes arolygu un ar gyfer safonau, ac ym maes arolygu pump ar gyfer arweinyddiaeth a rheoli.

Mae llywodraethwyr yn dymuno penodi Cynorthwyydd AD brwdfrydig i gyfrannu at weinyddiaeth hwylus llywodraethu AD a GDPR yn y Coleg. Rydym ni’n chwilio am ymgeiswyr sy’n gallu dangos ymagwedd gymwynasgar, gyfeillgar a chadarnhaol at dasgau a chydweithwyr. Byddwch yn adrodd wrth yr Ymgynghorydd AD ac felly mae profiad yn llai pwysig na sgiliau gweithio mewn tîm gwych yn y rôl hon. Rhoddir ffafriaeth i’r ymgeiswyr hynny sy’n gallu dangos sgiliau defnyddio Excel gwych ac ymgeiswyr sy’n siarad Cymraeg. Mae angen gweithio gyda’r hwyr ac yn ystod y penwythnos o bryd i’w gilydd, er y bydd digon o rybudd o flaen llawn am hyn. Rydym ni’n dîm croesawgar a chyfeillgar ac mae’r rôl hon yn cynnig cyfle go iawn i wneud gwahaniaeth mewn sefydliad uchelgeisiol hwn ag iddo awyrgylch brysur.

HR Assistant required - Full –Time role – Maternity Cover

St. David’s is a popular and over-subscribed Sixth Form College providing high quality education for 16-19 year olds within Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. In our 2019 Estyn inspection we achieved an ‘excellent’ grade in inspection area one for standards, and in inspection area five for leadership and management.

Governors seek to appoint a highly enthusiastic HR Assistant to contribute to the smooth administration of HR, Governance and GDPR within the College. We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate a helpful, friendly and positive approach to tasks and colleagues. Reporting to the HR Advisor, experience is less important than great teamwork in this role. Preference will be given to those who can demonstrate great excel skills and welsh speaking candidates. Some evening and weekend work is required, although this is with plenty of advance notice. We are a warm and friendly team and this role offers a genuine opportunity to make a difference in a fast paced and ambitious organisation.

The interview will consist of competency based questions and an in tray exercise.

The position is full–time at 100% FTE. It is offered on a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. It attracts a salary of £20,480
