An exciting opportunity for a HR (People) & Trust Administrative Assistant has become available at Rise Multi Academy Trust, working as part of the central team.
You will work closely with the HR Manager to provide an excellent HR/general administration service to the central team and the wider Trust. This role is a great opportunity for someone looking for their first role within HR and for those with greater experience in either general administration wanting to pursue a supported career pathway in HR. An opportunity to commence an HR apprenticeship qualification and further professional development, will be fully supported.
The successful applicant will have a positive attitude and will work in a busy, fast-paced environment, therefore time management skills and the ability to work on your own initiative are pivotal to being successful in the role.
You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to build positive relationships, as this role engages with both internal and external stakeholders. You must be able to demonstrate willingness to be involved in a diverse range of HR/administrative tasks to ensure a customer-focused service for the Trust.
