About the Role
There is currently an opportunity for a skilled HR Systems and Data Officer to be part of the HR team and work with us. It is an exciting time to join the Group as you will play a pivotal role of supporting managers and staff as we shape the future culture of UCG.
The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic and highly efficient, organised person with the ability to work as part of a team and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. The HR Systems and Data Officer will work closely with the Systems and Data Manager to ensure the success of the development, implementation and future use of the Group’s HR Systems. The successful applicant will support with system upgrades, by completing thorough testing of existing and new system functionality, to minimise service impact to users and will work closely with the MIS team and HR system vendors where applicable. The HR Systems and Data Officer will be responsible for creating HR Systems user accounts and managing user accesses and will ensure confidentiality of data is maintained at all times.
The HR Systems and Data Officer;
Have a level 3 qualification in an appropriate subject, a HR, IT or Payroll qualification is desirable but not essential.
Have experience in a similar role, using iTrent, Business Objects and Visio along with other HR systems.
Have proven system administration experience within a busy HR department.
Will be able to work flexibly and supportively as part of a small team, using own initiative.
Will be able to manage your time effectively and work to tight deadline
Have the ability to communicate clearly, effectively and with confidence to a range of audiences orally and in writing
Be able to work under pressure and prioritise workloads
Will provide high levels of customer service at all times and be able to coach and support individual users of HR or similar record systems
