We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic IT Technician with excellent customer service skills to join the IT Support Team. The post-holder is responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing hardware & software components of the organization's computers. Also supporting these systems through remote access or site visits as needed.
You should ideally have experience of the following:-
• Microsoft Windows
• Microsoft Office
• PC Hardware and Software
• Good IT Support knowledge
• Excellent team player and strong communication skills
• Knowledge of Windows Server and networking would be ideal as well as an eagerness to learn new skills.
You will have ability to communicate effectively by telephone, e-mail and in person with students and staff at all levels within the College. We are looking for a team player with the ability to work flexibly. You will be required to provide administrative support to a busy team and must be able to demonstrate skills in prioritising and scheduling work to deal with multiple tasks whilst working under pressure.
