Salary: £24,892.70 for term-time only (Pro rata from £30.701.00 per annum, including the Aug 2026 pay increase)
FTE: 0.810811 (36 weeks per year, 37 hours per week)

About the Role:
You will be delivering inclusive, responsive, and innovative support across the college - specifically within the English/Maths department, Curriculum areas or Foundation Learning department. You will work closely with tutors to ensure that support is effective. You will constantly strive to produce outstanding teaching and learning at all times to ensure that all learners succeed in their chosen programmes.
You will have management responsibility for a number of Student Support Assistants – this will involve completely their performance related reviews twice a year, planning new staff inductions, mentoring staff and ensuring they are working towards their targets.
