Learning Support Assistants
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work with lecturers in the delivery of our Motor Vehicle courses. You will support learners with literacy, maths, and any barriers to learning that students may have.
You will establish a supportive relationship with learners, enabling effective delivery of responsibilities, including promoting and reinforcing students’ self-esteem. You will also assist the lecturer in the supervision of students to ensure standards of work and behaviour are maintained.
A natural communicator and proven motivator, you will thrive on student interaction and utilise your knowledge and experience to help each student achieve their full potential.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about student welfare and enthusiastic about supporting learners to grow and succeed.
Please note this is a fixed term contract until June 2023. This is a term time only role position.
