Parklands Educate Together Primary School is looking for a highly skilled learning support assistant, to join our team delivering classroom learning support, group and 1:1 interventions.
This is a permanent role, hours of work being 10.00-3.30 Monday-Friday, plus an additional hour on Wednesday for staff meeting, total 28.5 hours.
The salary is ETAT Grade B which is currently £20,841 pro rata. The actual salary is £13,851.
Learning Support Assistants are an integral part of the teaching and learning at our school. LSAs receive high-quality training and CPD and play a full and active part in the decision-making and communication systems across the school.
The purpose of the role is to provide high quality learning support to individual and groups of children in order to meet a range of learning and behaviour needs.
