Lecturer in Media Make-up

FTE 0.5 (18.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year)

£11,887 to £16,873 per annum

(Pro rata £23,774 to £33,747 per annum)

We are recruiting a Lecturer in Media Make-up to teach Beauty Therapy and Media Make-up units on our VTCT Levels 2, 3 and 4 Beauty Therapy as well as BTEC Level 3 extended diploma. You will deliver inclusive, responsive and innovative teaching and learning on a range of Beauty Therapy programmes within the curriculum area.

To meet the essential criteria you will:

• Hold a relevant vocational qualification to Level 3 Make-up/Theatre/Beauty Therapy

• Have a minimum of 3 years’ industry experience

• Skills in a range of vocationally relevant applications

• Have the ability of demonstrate self-motivation and to motivate others

A degree of equivalent vocationally relevant qualification and DTLLS or equivalent would be desirable.
