The Priory Learning Trust is looking to recruit a Library Clerk to work at Worle Community School – An Academy.

This is an exciting opportunity within our Learning Resources team, with the aim of supporting pupils to access our library and resources effectively.

For the right candidate, this role provides the opportunity to make a difference and stamp your mark where it is needed, high quality development opportunities and a supportive and dynamic learning environment, highly supported by a hands-on Leadership Team.

The successful candidates will:

  • Be responsible for the day to day operation and supervision of the Learning Resource
  • Centre (LRC) as directed by the School Librarian.
  • To act as an integral part of the School staff team, and as such to make a contribution to the overall aims of the School, working within agreed policies and procedures.
  • To support students learning using the provision of suitable materials and by assisting
  • students to identify, locate and use appropriate information resources.
