About the role:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Team Leader to join our Partnerships Team. You will play a vital role in managing all aspects of contracts for new and existing partners. You will have the responsibility for financial management: Costs, Margins, Analysis and Reporting while developing strong and mutually beneficial stakeholder relationships

In this role, you will:

  • Manage all aspects of contracts for new and existing partners
  • Manage and develop the Partnerships team
  • Financial Management: Budgets, Costs, Margins, Analysis and Reporting
  • Develop strong and mutually beneficial stakeholder relationships

Qualifications and experience required:

  • Minimum Level 2 in Maths and English (or equivalent)
  • Level 3 Management qualification or equivalent, or experience of working in contract management
  • Up to date working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook
  • A successful record of working with external contractors or partners
  • Experience of successfully a managing team
  • Experience of business planning, managing budgets and resource allocation
