Programme Lead in Computing. Full Time 37 Hours per week. Permanent.
An opportunity has arisen to join our Computer Science Curriculum Area as a Programme Lead. You will form part of a progressive and supportive team, steering our students to success. This is your opportunity to help to inspire the next generation!
Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with coding and programming skills , to include php and javascript, that has experience of delivering high-quality innovative and exciting learning experiences to young people and adults.
You will be qualified to at least a Level 4 in the vocational area with the ability and experience to deliver computing courses at level 3 and above. Ideally, you will have relevant industry experience. You will hold a minimum Level 2 in Maths and English (GCSE Grade C or above, GCSE Level 4 or above, or equivalent) and a recognised teaching qualification at level 5 or above.
As Programme Lead, you will work closely with the Programme Area Manager to ensure high quality provision for our students. You will be highly organised and will have some experience of leading course provision and coordinating quality processes. You will also have the ability to appraise courses using a range of quality and performance indicators.
