Langley College are looking for a Recruitment Officer to join the team on a part-time permanent basis to administer and support the recruitment process for the College Group.

This role is based at our Langley College campus; the centre for our main vocational and technical courses including Apprenticeships, Adult Education and HE. We deliver an innovative curriculum with superb specialist facilities including latest industry standard equipment, workshops and studios.

Recruitment Officer

As a Recruitment Officer you will work alongside the Recruitment Team Lead to coordinate the recruitment and employee onboarding process.  You will be responsible for posting job advertisements, liaising with managers on shortlisting and arranging candidate interviews. Through effective communication with successful candidates, you will manage their onboarding process and facilitate pre-employment checks.

The successful candidate will need to have previous experience in an administrative or similar role. You will also have the desire and ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of people and have excellent time management and organisational skills.

Working both independently and as part of a team you will be confident to manage multiple tasks and a diverse workload. The successful candidate will need to hold 5 GCSE’s (A-C/4-9) including English and Maths or equivalent and be proficient in the use of IT packages.
