As a consistently oversubscribed, expanding school we are seeking to appoint an inspirational Subject Leader for Computer Science. Computer Science sits at the heart of the newly created Earth and Mathematical Sciences Faculty and currently has over 80 students studying the course. We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to lead this department. Computer Science is taught by subject specialists at KS4 with some non-specialist teaching at KS3. We are sure that the successful applicant will enjoy leading this team of dedicated teaching staff. Applications would be welcomed from candidates that have excellent knowledge of the principles of teaching and learning, and ambition for curricular improvement. It is essential that candidates have a passion for the subject and are driven to continue the trend of success at Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5.

This is also the platform for our sixth form students to prepare for careers in the veterinary field with past students being offered university places based on this alone.
