Applicants should hold Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths, and have some relevant work experience or knowledge of an education provision. However, the key to success in this role is to have the right personal attributes, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to put people at ease and provide a supportive environment.
The role will involve an apprenticeship Teaching Assistant Level 3 Programme delivered within the College, so applicants will also have to demonstrate their commitment to completing the apprenticeship programme as part of this role.
