This position can be considered as full-time (37 hours per week) or part-time hours (18.5 hours per week).

Salary: £26,621 - £29,297 per annum (37 hours per week)

Salary: £13,310 - £14,648 per annum (18.5 hours per week)

Gower College Swansea is growing its Plumbing team. We are looking to recruit a suitably qualified professional to be involved in assessing and tutoring learners within the Building Services Plumbing / Gas Installation and Maintenance Sector and possibly heating occasions.

Programs include delivery of all aspects, but not limited to: Domestic and Commercial Natural Gas, Liquid Petroleum Gas, Water Regulations, Vented and Unvented Hot Water Systems and Energy Efficiency in Domestic Dwellings, to enable industry to undertake work within the relevant Competent Persons Schemes.

You will have up to date knowledge of the industry with a Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Plumbing and Heating, plus Gas installation and maintenance qualification or a related subject. You will possess a current ACS Gas certificate as a minimum of CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CoNGLPG PD, and ideally hold or be working towards a TAQA/V1 award.

Applications may be submitted in Welsh and will be treated no less favourably than applications submitted in English.
