Business Sales and Development Manager (Apprenticeships & Skills)

FTE 0.8108 (30 hours per week 52 weeks per year)

£26,655.86 – £28,096.65 per annum

£32,876 - £34,653 (Full Time Equivalent per annum)

We are now looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to develop and increase our already significant offer to apprentices and adult learning. To continue the expansion of our distance learning provision to achieve rapid and sustained growth.

You will have significant experience in a business development environment with proven track record in lead generation and account management. A good knowledge of apprenticeships and the reform process and a track record of achieving challenging targets will also be advantageous. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to develop a good rapport with a wide range of clients.

You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Brilliant IT and organisation skills are required to be successful within this post..

Be confident and enthusiastic being able to deliver engaging and motivating presentations to a diverse audience.

Use digital and social media to advertise Apprenticeships and courses offered at BCoT. 

You will also lead, manage and further develop events to promote apprenticeships, distance learning and adult learning.

Able to work within a busy team environment.
