You will be working as part of the Estates Site Team to ensure a safe, secure and accessible site which meets the needs of learners, staff and visitors, providing excellent customer service at all times.

Every day can be very different with both reactive and planned works to be carried out as part of this dedicated team. You will be a key holder opening or closing the college.

Being a good communicator, reliable and driven to support your direct team and the college as a whole is key to being part of The BCoT Estates and Facilities team.

Certain aspects of the role will be physically demanding, keeping you on your feet and will involve lifting and carrying.

For an informal chat about this role, please contact Trevor Ridley at the college.
