Learner Support Department

SEND Employability Advisor

0.8558 FTE (37 hours per week, 38 weeks per year)

£22,979.94 per annum (£26,852 pro rata per annum)

We are looking for a proactive and organised applicant to act as the main point of contact for learners, employers and external agencies, with regards to facilitating employment and work experience opportunities, for students with an EHCP, following the SEND employability pathway.

The successful applicant will also deliver sessions looking at employability and independence and will work 1:1 with students to support them to positive employment destinations.
