Skills Bootcamps are short intensive training programmes that can take up to 16 weeks to complete which focuses on specific, industry-aligned skills. These bootcamps are designed to equip learners with the knowledge, practical experience, and employability skills necessary to secure roles in high-demand sectors.

Basingstoke College of Technology is seeking a highly motivated and organised Skills Bootcamp Programme Coordinator to play a key role in the successful delivery of our Skills Bootcamp programmes. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient operational environment, while also focusing on exceeding student and employer expectations.

You will collaborate closely with various departments and your focus will be on ensuring all delivery functions meet our high standards and service level agreements, whilst contributing to ensuring the delivery of an outstanding learning experience for our students. You will ensure excellent communication with local businesses and liaise between delivery staff, employers and learners for optimum results.
