Business Trainers & Assessors – Sessional
£15.28 per hour (£13.00 + £2.28 holiday pay)
To
£16.97 per hour (£14.43 + £2.54 holiday pay)
We have got a fantastic opportunity for Assessors and Business Trainers to join our amazing team at BCoT. As a work-based Assessor/Trainer you can state how many days you would like to work as the role is flexible under a sessional contract.
The role will involve:
Manage a caseload of learners and support them to achieve their apprenticeship or qualification, as well as any additional requirements such as a Diploma through to Gateway and successful End Point Assessment.
Regularly assess work and provide constructive feedback including SPAG and update the E- Portfolio system (VQ-Manager).
Complete Apprenticeship Progress reviews every 10 to 12 weeks with the employer and apprentice.
Identify and support learners with additional learning needs and organise support.
Take responsibility to ensure safeguarding, Prevent, British Values, Health, Safety and Wellbeing and equality, diversity and inclusion are promoted and monitored continually in all areas of the job role.
