£13,067.66 - £14,064.35 per annum
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Finance Assistant. This is a great opportunity to undertake a varied role in a friendly and busy Finance Team.
The role focuses on the administration of cash and processing of sales from a wide range of services provided across the College. Strong inter-personal skills and a desire to provide a high level of customer service are a pre-requisite.
If you are an enthusiastic team player willing to take on additional duties as required, and provide basic cover for other team members, this could be the role for you.
Consideration would be given to spreading the advertised hours over 4 days instead of 5.
A reasonable level of IT skills is essential, including the use of Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Training will also be provided on relevant parts of the College finance system to allow for transaction processing.
You will not need to possess an accountancy qualification but the ability to demonstrate equivalent experience is essential.
